Pop Tarts

I'm sorry for this rather out-of-place "in-between" post. Normal content should resume shortly. I was shocked a few years ago because Kelloggs pulled the Pop Tart product lines from Australia supermarkets. And despite not having Pop Tarts for years and years, one still feels the craving for them once and again. So I bought some from an American import store. Now, imported food is expensive, but this store I got it from called "USA Foods" is locally based (so local postage rates) and sells them Pop Tarts for around half the price found at other places (around 7 to 8 AUD per box, as opposed to 15 per box at Sugar Fx). I got 7 boxes, which should last my family and I for a few months. Exotic flavours (for us) like Smores, hot fudge, and cookie dough.

Ah, Pop Tarts. I tried them once and they kinda tasted like crap. Probably didn’t heat them right.

oh gawd I love pop-tarts and I need my fix…but they don’t exist here ;_; (I miss london, they only have 2 flavors but that chocolate marshmellow beats the hell out of regular nutella cookies)

as being one in the states, I’m glad to see the poptarts aren’t overpriced. The mark-up isn’t that bad, it seems. they’re 3.49usd here, and isn’t au half of the usd? even so, yeah, great deal and I’m glad you love them so much! I never realized what I take for granted over here until someone points it out.

I got them from USA Foods (http://www.usafoods.com.au/). They have all sorts of goodies there. Currently around $6.79 per box (not each).
