Digital Release: Itou Noizi’s Flyable Heart Wonder Leaflet

ava or, “How I Broke Windows Picture Preview”. This is really a mini-release, but as always with this site, it’s quality/rarity, not quantity that actually matters to me. It’s to be expected, when you are looking at the “elusive”, that you are not going to get a cascade of material, but rather just a trickle. Sometimes you do hit the motherlode, but not today. This release is consisted of two files, which correspond to the front and back side of a single piece of paper. [Download: PNG 144MB] [Download: JPG 13.2MB]

Not a normal piece of paper mind you. It’s a long piece of paper, with a continuous spanning image of three of the girls from Itou Noizi’s latest eroge Flyable Heart. This “Wonder Leaflet” was bundled with the August 08 issue of Tech Gian. Of course, material from the same game has been previously covered in the Charamel 5 Bonus CD.

The other side has line art for the character designs as well as “signatures” by the artist(s).

This will probably not apply to those people who downloaded the JPG (resized 50%), but here’s what happens when Windows (Vista) tries to preview the pictures:

The resolution of these app-killers? 19525 x 6029 (for the main pic; they differ a bit). Long enough?

One thing I found is I’m probably better off saving PNGs with Photoshop than using PNGOUT. The filesizes are nearly identical, but Photoshop does it much quicker. Plus PNGOUT dies in some bigger files.

As for Tech Gian, I’ll probably debind the two volumes I received recently, and then look for good non-H pictures to scan and release as a bundle (severely narrowing down the amount of material I’ll need to scan). No guarantees at this stage though. I have a few other things I’m looking at releasing, but everything is fluid at the moment.

    indeed, it was folded. darn the magazine people! easily fixed though. Use the PNG for fixing purposes :)

    Ok I finished ( took me less than one hour ), but a lot more time make that PNG and upload lol ( slow connection )

    I had to split in 2 with 7zip, I have no place for big file. It’s 108mb… I don’t know how it reached that size. Aside of the creases removal, I had to change the color space so I hope it will display ok on other screen.

    i see. so file viewer crashes. try viewing in your web browser. if you have photoshop, open it there. preview app in mac won’t crash, though.
