Project: Eve no Jikan ACT 04 subbing progress (ACT 05 trailer!)

ava Well, many might have guessed, but one of my ongoing projects has been the subtitles for Eve no Jikan (イヴの時間, Time of Eve) ACT 04. The video was released to Yahoo!Japan Douga streaming site this morning, and I have got my hands on it now. Of course, as I have agreed with Directions, I will not release the video footage of it, but it should be available for English-speakers’ consumption soon on Crunchyroll. In any case, I am now timing the subtitles. I will put up a review and then the subtitles at a later time. But here’s a taste of what’s to come, AFTER ACT 04.

Up till now, the title for ACT 05 has been kept under wraps, but the trailer indicates that July 2009 ACT 05 will be titled “Chie & Shimei”, sub-titled Eve no Senritsu (イヴの旋律, Eve’s Melody).

I have taken some time out of working on the subs and uploaded the raw trailer to YouTube.

I just cut out the end of the ACT 04 file, so there’s some black space at the end of the video. Sorry ‘bout that.

    Thank you so much for this! It’s so obscure only a handful of groups have even noticed this gem. Please keep “subbing” it. I already mux in your subs by myself but thank you!

    ah, i love you guys. the anime is amazing. it’s my favorite next to code geass. and there’s only been 3 episodes released and subbed!

    Looking forward to it.

    Incidentally, I never did make it to that Studio Rikka screening. A pity, but probably not a huge loss; as long as I can still view their work outside Japan (on Crunchyroll or elsewhere) I’ll be quite content.

    i keep thinking that you’re a subbing group, because of the rate of which subs come out.
    COUGH COUGH SPEEDY.

    anyway.
    will you be hosting the ddl link?
    because it’s out on crunchyroll right now, but i want to enjoy eve in perfect quality :D.

    please consider finishing this sewries, so i can finish patching my dvds whe i watch them, and don’t have to get some crappyroll subrip.
